Welcome to Springie. By accessing springieqg.world or engaging with our marketing seminars, online marketing courses, or digital marketing resources, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Welcome to Springie. By accessing springieqg.world or engaging with our marketing seminars, online marketing courses, or digital marketing resources, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Our services are designed for professionals and organisations based in Ireland or within the European Union. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation when registering for Springie programmes.
Some services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login details. Springie may suspend accounts where we detect unauthorised or inappropriate use.
We strive to describe marketing training, online modules, and digital resources accurately. Springie may update content, schedules, or availability to reflect evolving industry standards in Ireland.
Bookings are confirmed once Springie issues a written agreement or invoice. Payment terms are outlined within the proposal. Late payment may pause service delivery until outstanding balances are received.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least seven working days before the session start date. Fees may apply when cancellations occur outside agreed notice periods.
All Springie course materials, digital marketing resources, and content remain our intellectual property. You may use materials internally but may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell them without written consent.
Participants should engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality of shared information, and complete pre-work where required. We reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals from sessions.
Feedback helps us improve. By submitting testimonials or case studies, you grant Springie permission to reference them in marketing materials, unless you provide written instructions otherwise.
Some Springie courses use third-party tools (e.g., collaboration hubs, analytics software). Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms. Springie is not responsible for third-party service availability.
Springie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
We handle personal data in line with the Springie Privacy Policy and applicable Irish and EU data protection legislation, including GDPR.
Springie may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be published on springieqg.world with a revised effective date.
If you have questions regarding these Terms, please email [email protected] or call +1 (742) 587-9376.
